The Feedback feature allows users to voluntarily submit text and optional images. Submissions are sent by email to authorized On Time management and may include the submitting user's business email address when available. Information accessed or submitted through this portal may be processed using Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and related services for the purpose of operating the portal, maintaining business records, and delivering submitted information. Portal information is intended for legitimate On Time and authorized customer business purposes only and should not be copied, shared, disclosed, or distributed to unauthorized persons.

Proprietary Rights and Restrictions. Except for third-party trademarks, logos, software, services, and other materials owned by their respective owners, the original design, layout, organization, workflows, reporting structure, user interface, business logic, functionality, source code, scripts, documentation, and other original elements of this portal are proprietary to On Time Transport Company and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property and other laws.

Access to this portal does not grant any ownership interest, license, or right to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, recreate, repurpose, or use the portal's design, layout, workflows, functionality, code, or other proprietary elements to develop another system or application. Any such use without the prior written permission of On Time Transport Company is prohibited.

Authorized users may view, enter, download, or use portal information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate On Time Transport Company business operations.
